Improvers' watercolour workshop
Five consecutive days of advanced watercolour tuition, for those who have already given watercolour a try and want to take it further. You will be working out of doors in the Museum environment.

The Downland sketchbook
This very popular course is both fun and instructive. You will walk a different route every day with plenty of opportunities to stop, admire the scenery and fill your sketchbook. Wear your walking boots!

Weekend courses
Beginners' watercolour workshop
Overcome your fears and try your hand at watercolour. A comprehensive beginners' course, covering choice of materials and explaining arious techniques, including wash, stipple and drybrush.

Drawing weekend
Practice your drawing technique in a variety of media using the Museum's wonderful buildings and exhibits as your subjects.

Improvers' watercolour weekend
For those with some watercolour experience who want to take it further, this is a shortened version of our five day course. You will be working out of doors in the Museum environment.

Watercolour sketching
Learn how to paint fast and loose in watercolour, working out of doors in the Museum environment - buildings, trees, animals... you paint it!
